Preparation
A quality, long lasting paint job is typically determined in the preparation. We ensure the dirt and debris is thoroughly removed before we even think about bringing out the paint machine. The current condition of your lot directly effects what sort of techniques we will use to prep the surfaces.
If there is only slight dirt and debris, a good power broom, Billy Goat Leaf blower, and/or leaf vacuum can prep the surface.
If there is vegetation and weeds penetrating through the pavement it will be removed with a weedeater, torch, or crack grinder depending on the severity.
If there is algae or mold we will need to bring out the power washer and completely remove the algae over top of the line. wdepending on your demands, we can power wash the line only, or wash the entire lot.
