The Pavement Painters LLC was established by William Ratliff the 3rd in an effort to breath some life back into the parking lots of Scioto County and the local areas. After graduating college and working as an engineer for 5 years, he moved back home from Lancaster Ohio and noticed the parking lots in the local area needed some attention. Now with the correct equipment, training, business structure, and drive, The Pavement Painters LLC is ready to tackle your painting needs!
