ADA Compliance

ADA Guidelines are set by the Federal Government and your local municipalities. These guidelines are set in place for those with disabilities so that they may have a functional means of accessing your facilities. Even if a parking lot only has a few spots, it still needs to have at least one ADA compliant parking space. We at The Pavement Painters are well versed in the ADA guidelines and would be happy to help you get your parking lot up to code.

Why have your lot painted?

There are many reasons property owners and managers need painting services. Some of those reasons include the following:

• Restriping - Parking lot paints fade with time due to UV damage from the sun, wear and tear from vehicles, weather/rain damage, and often need restriped on a regular basis.
